Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad for an Oracle Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing and implementing Oracle solutions, and ensuring efficient integration of Oracle applications like Oracle HR, Order Management, and Procure-to-Pay. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide end-user support, and deliver system configurations that drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Oracle applications, including Oracle HR and Order Management
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and related workflows
• Strong Analytical Skills and an understanding of Business Processes
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, solve problems effectively, and implement solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
